To open and use these self-extracting files:

• In Windows File Manager, double click on the filename (e.g., DOCU.EXE), or
• In DOS, go to the directory where you stored the file. Type the filename (you do not have to type the "EXE" extension) and press <ENTER> (e.g., to decompress DOCU.EXE, type "DOCU" without the quotation marks and press <ENTER> on your keyboard).

The documents are provided in ASCII, which can be read by virutally all word processing software. Most have been scanned.
