Further mandated by decision from the fourth meeting of the Conference of Parties to the Stockholm Convention in May 2009, the Stockholm Convention Secretariat and the Chemicals Branch of the United Nations Environment Programme’s Division of Technology, Industry and Economics (UNEP Chemicals) organized jointly the 4th Expert Meeting to Further Develop the Dioxin and Furan Toolkit. The meeting was held from 1 to 3 December 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland.
