Environmentally Sound Management of Chemicals

A primary goal of the United Nations Environment Programme Chemicals is to assist countries and others responsible for chemicals management in ensuring environmentally sound production, use, and disposal practices.
To accomplish this aim and so protect public health and the environment, UNEP Chemicals issues a wide range of publications on the environmentally sound management of chemicals as well as official reports and meeting documents. They are free of charge. A significant number exist both in hard copy and on the Internet site.
To obtain copies, please send your request using the contact information on page 4. We look forward to hearing from you.
