Downloading Files
In each description, note the file sizes to be sure you have enough space on your computer before beginning: The first size is the self-extracting file that you will download; the second size is the file(s) that will be extracted from it. To open and use these self-extracting files:
- In Windows File Manager, double click on the filename (e.g., DOCU.EXE), or
- In DOS, go to the directory where you stored the file. Type the filename (you do not have to type the "EXE" extension) and press <ENTER> (e.g., to decompress DOCU.EXE, type "DOCU" without the quotation marks and press <ENTER> on your keyboard).
Documents are provided in these formats:
- Text documents in ASCII (e.g., DOCU.TXT)
- Tables in Excel 5.0 (e.g., TABLE.XLS)
- Forms, graphs, and other images in TIFF files (e.g., FORM.TIF)
Some documents have been scanned.
